This is where we verify everything. We run experiments, track behaviour, and combine it with your numbers. We calculate ROAS and MER, and we also track a profit-first metric: After-tax Profit ROMI (Net Profit ROMI). In practice, we look at profit after key business costs — ads + agency + unit cost (COGS per order) + taxes, and we keep the cost list explicit. If extra marketing costs appear, we include them and re-check the math. We also estimate payback, so scaling is a financial decision.

I do not like template reviews, so here it goes:
Context: we drove traffic to a community with a radically narrow topic (no equivalents on VK; closest competitors were on LinkedIn and Facebook). The market itself was still emerging in several directions. Topics (by relevance): psychometrics and test-based assessment, HR analytics, digital learning, VR/AR development, SCORM courses. The content focus was on psychometrics, test theory, and applied statistics — the maths HR actually needs. The global audience was HR; B2B from a sales perspective. Strong competitors: three — classic, reputable HR consultancies with well-known names.
As a client, I did not have a strict goal. With a ₽10k budget, I wanted to test hypotheses and grow a relevant audience. In total, growth was >100% from the baseline (the team reported less — respect for that; only confirmed cases went into the final analytics). A side effect: our community (and my personal brand) received a powerful social proof — one of the three top experts in the country wrote a positive review of one of my articles. From an ads/SMM standpoint it is a “black swan”, but the fact that a serious competitor amplified me is huge. We were not optimising for sales (the aim was a “pre-community”), yet people began actively clicking the services section; the effect persisted after the tests ended. Some of it may be saved or sent to decision makers — we will see the delayed effects.
Execution-wise: >100% growth. That speaks for itself.
Why did it work? First, as an analyst, project manager, and product owner in analytics, I enjoyed working with both the team and the lead. Briefing and discussion were clean, with no fluff — no clichés, no nonsense. Straight facts: what we need, expected result, what is happening now, what matters. Second, the approach is data-oriented, but not blindly data-driven — it is data-informed. Numbers help decisions; they are not a final authority. Anywhere the goal is a human, that matters.
The work was quiet and unobtrusive: I did almost nothing, just observed, answered questions, and once caught a mistake caused by my own input — it was fixed immediately. Overall: 6 out of 5.
Would I recommend them? NPS: 10. If anyone asks me about SMM, I will send them here.

My name is Denis. I install stretch ceilings.
I have worked with many SMM specialists — or whatever the correct term is. Their approach was copy-paste: invent a “bait”, bring a pile of leads, and I then have to push them into a sale. I strongly disliked that approach. It contradicted my principles and produced more negativity than value: the ad promises one thing, reality delivers another.
After several failed attempts, I gave up on social media promotion. Then a colleague sent me one of Bogdan’s posts. I do not remember the exact text, but it hooked me. I finally saw a different approach — the one I had been looking for. That is how we started working together.
The path was long. We first packaged one social network, but a day before launch it got blocked, so we had to move everything to VK and rebuild. They did not charge anything extra for the move, repackaging, or rebuilding the campaign.
Then we hit the next problem: people visited the page, looked around, and did not submit enquiries. The team did a massive amount of work — dozens of combinations, setups, and adjustments. It paid off: the first enquiries came in, for solid order values. Most importantly, 90% of enquiries reached a contract.
Work continues, of course. The key is that we found the right levers.

The task was to test whether the page is viable, validate the chatbot idea, and test audiences.
After a call, Bogdan and Rita built a thoughtful, working chatbot, ran a lot of split tests, reacted closely to audience behaviour, stayed in touch, and the lead flow was stable. A longer test period would have been needed for sales, because the niche is complex and the audience is narrow.
I would recommend Bogdan’s team to anyone ready to search for working mechanics methodically, deeply, and patiently.

We achieved the goal: leads appeared. Not many (the campaign was a test), but the key outcome was a conversion funnel that showed the best performance.
We also understood how competitors run traffic, and found a strategy built around problem-specific copy.
We defined how the texts should be structured and what visual support they need (images, illustrations, with or without text overlays, ad post format).
